Crystal CMS users in the website manager role can create new website author user accounts. This enables multiple authors for a website and this feature is available at Ultimate subscription level.

The website manager accesses the New User page in the Crystal CMS control panel and creates a new user entering user specific details including a new username and password for the new account.

When the new user account is created by the system, the new user is automatically emailed by Crystal CMS with the details of how to access the control panel and how to logon.
