JJS Software the administrator of the Crystal CMS system promote a clean, abuse-free platform for building websites. All operators of websites that are hosted within the Crystal CMS system have agreed to our terms and conditions prior to sign up.

Our terms and conditions specify that all content on websites hosted by the Crystal CMS system shall be non-defamatory, shall not promote discrimination against any ethnic group or minoritory, shall not be linked to any illegal acts including drugs, shall not be gambling related, shall not be pornography related, shall not defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights (such as rights of privacy and publicity) of others, shall not make available any inappropriate, defamatory, infringing, obscene, or unlawful content, shall not promote pyramid schemes, chain letters or disruptive commercial messages, shall not submit content that falsely expresses or implies that such content is sponsored or endorsed by JJS Software or the Crystal CMS system, shall not transmit any viruses, worms, defects, Trojan horses, or any items of a destructive nature.

If you suspect a Crystal CMS website is contravening these terms without our knowledge, we would very much appreciate you bringing it to our attention. Repoting a site can be performed anonymously and we will make no attempt to contact the sender of this information. In the first instance we will visit the reported site and if the site is found to be in breach of our terms and conditions, we will where possible work with the site owner to rectify any issues. In the event of an unresolvable dispute, JJS Software reserves the right to take the contravening website and all related user accounts offline.
