JJS Software respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information that you provide to us. We will never sell, trade or transfer any user information to third parties.

The user accounts linked and to Crystal CMS websites and all information held against these accounts remain the property of the account holders. Passwords that are linked to user accounts are one way encrypted into the system database in such a way so they cannot be decrypted or deciphered. In short, once user accounts are created and user account passwords are changed via the Crystal CMS secure control panel, JJS Software the operator of the system will have no direct access to and will never attempt to access customer user accounts or customer website control panels.

After sign up, the only time JJS Software will ever ask a customer to divulge any personal infomation will be in connection with resetting a user account in the event of a forgotten username, password or password recovery question and answer pair. We will do this only on request, with a customer's consent and only do this in order to verify and validate the identity of a customer prior to account reset.

In line with our Terms and Conditions we urge all Crystal CMS account holders to keep their user account security details secure and to never divulge the details contained therein to any third parties.
