We realise there will be times when a Crystal CMS user account password is forgotten and for this reason we provide a facility for you to reset your password. To do this you do need to know your Crystal CMS username and also be able to answer your password recovery question as it it configured in the user account:

This is step 1 where you are asked for your username.

This is step 2 where you are asked to answer your password recovery question as it is stored in the user account.

In the event of completely lost details for an account, just get in touch with us and after clearing some security questions with you we will be able to reset your account password for you.
