Crystal CMS provides an easy method of creating contact forms for your website that your website visitors can use to get in touch with you by email via your website. We provide an easily selectable template for doing this in the html editor in the control panel that can be inserted into new and existing pages. The default site contact for your website will receive an automated emails from Crystal CMS containing messages from your website visitors.

When a website visitor has submitted their question or comment to you via the contact form on your website, they will be redirected to a thankyou message. It is possible to enter a custom response that will be displayed to the visitor in the website configuration page in the Crystal CMS control panel and if this is done it is this message that will be displayed.

If the custom contact form response text box is not populated in the website configuration page, the default response will be displayed:
